I felt a bump on the inside of my nostril near the hole. Does it go away. is it normal?

Bumps on cartilage are quite normal, especially in cold, dry weather. Just leave it alone and everything will be ohk. As long as it isn't red, really sore, or oozing green fluid, its nothing to worry about.
