I really wanted to wear bareback tops. It is so embarassing when someone notice the scar! Is it gonna be hurt??? Im confuse, 'cause others told me that IT REALLY HURTS! but i really want a tattoo to cover the scar....(sigh,sniff!)
I have a keloids on left back shoulder. Is it possible to have a tattoo where the scar place?
It can be done, however tattoos done over scars like yours can look bad.
Most tattoos hurt, also depends on your pain tolerance level, and where it is.
You should try to see a dermatologist to reduce the scar before getting a tattoo over it, if you insist on getting one.
It isn't the best idea to get a tat over a scar like yours, most tat artists will not do it because it is hard for them to do for one, and two it effects the quality of the tattoo. Though it is possible, but find a qualified tattoo artist, someone with A LOT of experience with scars and what not.
Reply:tattoos should never ever be done over scar tissue. any tattoo artist that has any decency would not do work on scars. talk to a dermatologist about reducing your scar.
Reply:it is posible but the needles must go deeper and the tat might not look right due to the scar, depending on how bad the scar is depends on if the artist will even do it, it also hurts really bad i've had one done over a scar and it is reallly bad compared to the other 7 on normal skin, see a dr. first to see if there is an easier way, good luck
