You may wanna consider silicon gel like Cica care. It helps to flatten the keloid as well as lighten it. It takes time though...you will need to use it for about 2-3 weeks before you start seeing results. Treatment may need to be continued for 2-3 months depending on the size of the scar. It works better when used early. So far I've received some good feedbacks from my patients. You can get it from the pharmacy.
