How can I get rid of keloids after the burn?

A keloid scar will never disappear completely. The wound was to deep into the skin. It has damaged the lower layer of skin that produces the new skin cells. There are ways to make the scar smaller, lighter in color and not as noticeable though. Vitamin E taken orally with help the skin elasticity, vitamin E oil rubbed onto the keloid scar will help diminish the red or dark color of the scar. Coco butter lotion has been known to do the same thing. Also if you massage the scar with your fingers this helps brake up the hard outer and inner skin layers. Making the scar loser, less tight, this makes the scar not as thick so it doesn't stand up as much. Meaning it is flatter not as puffy looking.
