How do you get rid of keloids?

If you have the type of skin that keloids, your doctor can remove the scar and then when the scar is new, inject it with steroids so it won't keloid. This method works about 99% of the time, so the risk of it failing is pretty low.

I have keloid skin. I had a big one on my ear. I went to UIC medical center and they just cut it off. I had to get steroid injections first. The injections stopped it from growing. That was about 9 years ago and it hasn't returned. :)
